great location convenient 7-eleven fresh fruits poor accessibility basic food dated rooms

the location is quite good. it is just a few minutes from the beach, a definite plus! i also noticed there is a 7-eleven right across the street from the hotel entrance, very convenient. breakfast included different fresh fruits, a nice start.

the hotel accessibility was not ideal. it took several lifts and walks to get to my room. also, the room service food was very basic! i found the rooms a bit dated and in need of a refresh.

kind staff ocean view cute service many stairs slow draining sink sewage smells

the staff were so kind to me. i found the service cute. my room had an ocean view. it was something lovely to wake up to after such a romantic night.

The hotel had many stairs and slopes. i think they could pose a challenge for some guests with mobility concerns. my room had a slow draining sink. i reported it but it was not fixed . there were also some sewage smells coming from the bathroom floor drain. That was not very pleasant.

i enjoyed the pool area. there were always available sunbeds. the staff were friendly. the breakfast had many options.

the gym equipment looked quite old. the corridors to my room felt a bit maze-like with many turns.

excellent resort experience

perfect location lovely pools firm bed

i found the location perfect, just across from the beach. the two pools were lovely. my room was large and comfy, and it included a balcony and wide firm bed. plenty of sun loungers were always available.

The gym equipment was not in good working order. Almost no machine functioned properly.

The staff surprised me with a birthday song, a cake, and a candle. the kitchen staff provided delicious food and smiles. the pool bartenders created amazing cocktails. They provided humor and music. i will definitely return.
